What does it Mean
A Domain Name is registered only upon three structural clearances:
Availability, Credit Card or other Financial Means of Payment and Trade Mark clearance at the time and place of relevance.
When a Domain is activated an automatic Contractual agreement exists between the two parties for a period of two years.
Difficulty Clause. At times when we think we are all right, disaster may happen. It is time like this where we apply a difficulty Clause.
What this means is that during the developing stages, normally from eight to twelve weeks, we will remove all pressures from our clients either mechanically or financially or both, until the client resumes normal trading. In the event of closure, the Difficulty clause will advert Financial prosecution.
